HR Business Partner, Supply Chain

**Your Impact**

Partnering with the Laverton Manufacturing Operations Manager and their leadership team, the HRBP will be accountable for driving the HR agenda to support the Laverton site as part of the broader Asahi Beverages Supply Chain network.

The HRBP will be responsible for projects across the team to embed the Asahi culture, people practices and processes and build capability to drive business performance. The HRBP will also partner and collaborate closely with the broader HR community to identify opportunities, be that inefficiencies, talent sharing, employee relations management and/or best practice HR.

In addition, with a comprehensive understanding of Australian Industrial Relations frameworks, you will co-partner to negotiate the sites Enterprise Agreements, together with planning and delivery of people related initiatives at the sites.

**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Serve as the HR driver and coach central Supply Chain teams in leading, managing and supporting their teams to deliver the business strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the performance drivers and metrics, in order to deliver cost effective and value-added HR programs and solutions that will enhance business performance
- Be accountable for communicating, implementing and embedding core HR processes
- Implement talent processes to support the current and future development and deployment needs of the Supply Chain function in line with strategies and plans
- Support recruitment process, including ensuring effective on-boarding
- Work with the broader HR team to translate regional and local change initiatives and capability strategies into an implementation plan for the site
- Work with Managers and targeted individuals to understand their training and development needs
- Support and coach managers in understanding and dealing with industrial relations issues

Sound like you so far? Other pieces of the puzzle we’re looking for include:

- A relevant HR or business-related degree
- Experience in Supply and Manufacturing HR roles
- Experience in being a business partner within a large organisation that demonstrates world-class HR practices, applied in the interest of sustainable performance and contextualised by an ambitious change agenda
- Track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial and operational understanding and an ability to identify customer needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutions
- Sound familiarity with good HR specialist disciplines and how to best leverage these - ranging from talent management and career development, recruitment, performance management, organisational development and design, compensation and benefits, to learning and development facilitation
- Experience in FMCG is preferred but not essential
