**Are you our new Social Media Manager?**

Are you a passionate and creative digital content professional, equally comfortable composing snappy short-form captions or flexing your writer’s chops in the direction of luxurious longform copy? Do you have an eye for opportunity and an empath’s intuition for a story? Are you adept at online community management, proficient at planning and posting content, and practiced at picking the perfect pic? If so, YOU COULD BE OUR NEW SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

At Scooter Marketing, you’ll work with our powerhouse Digital Marketing Specialist to create, manage and monitor content that delivers. You bring the clear-thinking ingenuity; we’ll provide an array of exciting clients and challenging briefs on which to hone your digital dexterity.

**Are you the ‘can do’ type?**

Immersed - and well versed - in the latest digital marketing trends, you’re part marketer, part content creator, part analyst and part project drill sergeant Articulate, adaptable and keen to embrace a broad spectrum of clients and projects, you’re pro-active, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills. You love what you do, prioritise integrity over expediency, and you’d jump at the opportunity to collaborate with a team of bona fide marketing rock stars

**Responsibilities or Duties**

**1. Develop Content for a range of clients (90%)**
- Content - Create, schedule and post content for a range of client digital channels, including social media, e-Newsletters & websites. Includes sourcing imagery, updating graphics and writing creatively written copy.
- Community Management - Monitor and manage client social media channels (incl Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Pinterest), responding to comments and messages.
- Planning - Develop monthly content plans for social and blogs topic plans for approval by client.
- Responsible for developing an understanding of the client’s business and having a clear understanding of their objectives, goals and future plans.
- Take responsibility for monitoring projects to meet client timelines and internal milestones by thorough planning and scheduling.

**2. Management (10%)**
- Work with client’s digital asset / image libraries.
- Work with various digital platforms as required for clients, existing platforms include Hubspot & Sprout Social.
- Track analytics, measure and drive optimal ROI to inform the planning and strategy process and make recommendations for improvement.
