Immediate start for an experienced HR Generalist on a part-time basis

**Your new role**

This role is to support with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including; overseeing recruitment and onboarding for new starters, issuing contracts, contractual changes, reference requests and payroll administration. You will provide professional, quality and timely advice to the organisation and mitigate risk where needed. It will be expected that you will act as a trusted advisor and sound board for the Senior Management team.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating, administering, maintaining good HR systems and processes through all stages of the employment cycle including payroll set up in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Providing administration and HR advice and guidance for managers and employees.
- Maintaining an up to date and accurate Workday HR management information system that is aligned with the payroll database and producing letters and contracts associated with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Preparing monthly payroll returns and liaising with Finance and payroll provider as necessary to ensure deadlines are met and employees are paid correctly.
- Maintain registers for compliance.
- Oversee induction and onboarding of all new employees.
- To operate as an effective business partner to the organisation
- Lead the recruitment for all employees
- To ensure that best practice processes and policy is applied to the HR administration relating to the employee lifecycle in line with statutory, regulatory and company compliance.Keep abreast of relevant changes in employment law and organisational development and communicate relevant changes in legislation to managers ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities.
