As the Warehouse Manager, you will co-ordinate and oversee the operation of a Warehouse and Distribution facility to provide effective and efficient material supply support to clients by receiving, storing, maintaining and issuing an appropriate range of inventory within a cost effective and quality framework.
What you'll do
Develop and direct programs and strategies to ensure Supply Services (WM) capacity to deliver cost effective and innovative warehousing and distribution support to clients.
Formulate and co-ordinate operational planning of the warehousing and distribution functions.
Oversee the effective operation and co-ordination of workflow of receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and distribution of goods.
Run reports and search information on the Materials Management information system.
Contribute to the development of departmental budgets ensuring financial decisions are congruent with organisational goals.
Develop a work environment that encourages and promotes feedback and reporting from staff to ensure continuous improvement to business goals
Undertake regular reporting against goals and objectives in regard key targets, resource utilisation, and processing deadlines particularly for receipts for non-stock products.
