Great opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to work with a well established and growing company
**Your new company**
Hays has partnered with a well established truck manufacturing company that has recently picked up overseas contracts to offer a fantastic opportunity for a store / warehouse manager based on the South side of Brisbane.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 5-10 people within the warehouse
- Efficiently manage the operational activities of the warehouse including: stock integrity, budgets and KPI's
- Efficiently manage the productivity of the warehouse and office personnel, by motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork.
- Ensure a high level of stock integrity is maintained by managing accurate stock records, consistent improvement in product handling procedures and maintaining proper storage conditions
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience leading a team within the warehouse
- Experience as a storeperson
- Strong work ethic and leadership ability
