**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Eagle Farm workshop for a Warehouse Manager. You will be responsible for all internal warehouse activity, driving inventory management, delivering a high level of customer service to our clients with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

**About the opportunity**:

- Manage all activities of the warehouse & logistics, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Analyse, monitor, and maintain all warehouse related data in SAP
- Manage stock, inventory controls and cycle count to ensure stock accuracy at the highest level.
- Create and monitor warehouse workflows plans to optimize efficiency.
- Mentor, guide and support the Warehouse team and promote a company culture that encourages performance as well as safe practices.
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills

**About you**:

- Minimum ten years’ experience in a similar spare parts environment
- Cert III in Warehousing Operations or equivalent
- Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF Scanners
- Experience with Lean Methodology and Six Sigma preferred but not essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills.
- Forklift Licence
