Operations Assistant

Do you consider yourself an office all-rounder? We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide a diverse range of high quality admin support to a professional team.
Duties will range from being the initial point of contact for new and potential clients, referrers, and regulatory authorities through to assisting the Manager of Service delivery with the following tasks:
- Responsible for data input into project management software, Total Synergy (TS), including the creation of new projects, tasks, budgets;
- Responsible for saving documents/files into document management software:
- Provide a high level of confidential, personal, and efficient administrative support to the Executive Management team;
- Assist in the development of Fee Proposals, including the preparation of draft proposals for finalisation by the estimating team;
- Assist in reviewing tender opportunities and in the development of tender responses, including preparation of draft documentation and Gantt charts (as required);
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports, notes;
- Maintain various Registers;
- Undertake administrative and other duties as directed by Executive Management and Manager - Service Delivery;
The successful applicant will posses the following:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
- Strong use of Microsoft Excel;
- Maintain and promote a strong client focus; and
- May be required to work extended hours to satisfy the requirements of clients.
This role will be required to work from the Sunshine Coast Office 2 days per week and the North Lakes office 3 days per week..
