We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer service focused person to join the team as a Weighbridge Operator.

Based at our Scotchy Pocket Quarry just north of Gympie, this casual position will see you provide support to the Quarry Manager and Supervisor with general administrative duties and weighbridge operations.

This role offers stable hours each week on a Monday - Friday day shift basis with a half day every second Saturday.

**Responsibilities**
- Operation and maintenance of weighbridge system as required
- Data collation, entry and reconciliation.
- Assist with compliance and finance documentation
- Prepare and maintain quotations and contracts in SAP
- Take customer orders for quarry products and input into CAS Weighbridge System
- Allocate trucks for the following day at quarries
- Dealing with cash sales customers and enquiries
- Direct internal and external customer queries.
- General administration for quarries
- Other duties on the quarry site including equipment operation and general laboring

**What you will need to succeed**
- Ability to operate in a friendly and professional manner at all times, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential, SAP experience advantageous.
- Previous exposure to construction or mining industry advantageous but no essential
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
- Availability to work Saturdays
