**Program Manager / Technology Transformation Lead**

**Location: Sydney**

**Duration: Initial 6-month contract with very likely extensions (program duration 2-3 years approx.)**

Our client, a truly iconic Australian organisation, is looking for a Program Manager to lead a large-scale and very high visibility technology transformation program that will make an impact to the experience of millions of customers every year.

- A problem-solver who uses research and collaboration to develop practical solutions that deliver high impact.
- A customer champion who can bring the voice of the customer into the decision-making process through the use of relevant metrics and analysis that leads to action.
- Someone who is opinionated, solution driven and can break through and manage likely resistance to change.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology transformation leadership roles ideally with a data decision making focus.**:

- Proven track record of driving innovation and growth through technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience in leading cross-functional agile teams, developing product missions, visions, and value propositions, and delivering product and delivery roadmaps.
- Experience in managing multi $mm budgets and leading C-Suite engagements.
- Strong understanding of risk management, stakeholder management, and digital platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing agile operating models.
- Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
