About The Role

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of end-to-end

generalist HR services including the recruitment, training and development, and

staff induction functions to meet Council's ongoing People and Culture

responsibilities.

About You

The

Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field e.g. Human Resources Management, Learning and Development or Business;
  • Previous work experience in a similar role in either the public or private sector;
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgment in resolving problems;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation;
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities to meet key deadlines.

Salary Range

Up to $101K per annum (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable

candidate.
