As we scale, we are seeking a passionate and experienced leader who can help build the business from the ground up—starting with onboarding participants and growing a capable team of support workers to deliver services with excellence.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on, multi-hat role ideal for someone who has worked as a **Support Coordinator**, **Team Leader**, or **Operations Coordinator** in the NDIS space.

You will lead our **participant onboarding**, manage **support worker recruitment**, and help establish key processes and compliance frameworks alongside the CEO. This is a **career-defining opportunity** to shape the future of a provider from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of NDIS participants, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Liaise with LACs, Plan Managers, and participants to activate plans and align services.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise a team of support workers as service demand grows.
- Draft and manage service agreements, risk assessments, and intake documentation.
- Work closely with the CEO to design and implement policies, workflows, and compliance systems.
- Act as a primary contact for participants and their families in the early stages.
- Monitor participant progress, satisfaction, and risk factors.
- Support business growth initiatives including partnerships and referrals.
- **Proven experience in the NDIS sector** - preferably as a Support Coordinator, Team Leader, or Service Delivery Manager.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS practice standards, service agreements, and participant rights.
- Familiarity working with LACs, plan managers, allied health, and families.
- Experience recruiting and managing support workers (or readiness to learn quickly).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and build systems from the ground up.
- Comfortable with technology, documentation, and compliance tools.
- Positive, resourceful, and self-driven - thrives in a startup or growth-phase environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
