We are also privileged to create essential civic and social infrastructure including state-of-the-art hospitals, universities and stadiums around the world.- An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Property Marketing Executive to join the Lendlease Community Residential team based in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a 12 month contract, full-time position.In this dynamic role, you will support 3 Property Marketing Managers across 6 communities in Victoria and WA to manage and deliver all aspects of the community marketing objectives and marketing plans. This includes but isn’t limited to:

- Tactical marketing implementation including brand development and positioning
- Lead generation / nurturing including managing Always On creative and database communications
- Land / product releases / campaign launches
- Content management across a range of digital platforms
- Delivery of marketing collateral
- Event management
- Data analysis and reporting

Your duties as Property Marketing Executive will involve you managing internal and external teams and suppliers to deliver marketing material and assets. Site visits will also be required as part of the role, including travel to WA. You’ll be busy with multi-tasking across several projects, assets and stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
- Several years in a marketing role preferably in a residential communities’ development environment or agency side with relevant property experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in development of a broad range of marketing collateral and tools
