It’s an exciting time to join our Retirement Living business. In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.

The role-
- Track budgets and oversee the management of events and support publicity opportunities. Assist the Regional Marketing Manager - Development in the delivery of marketing strategies and initiatives for retirement product in development phase in Victoria.- Gather information and conduct analysis on market trends and competitor actions to support and inform decision making for new properties and placemaking.- Contribute to the preparation of marketing reports as directed which may include sales mapping and buyer profiling.- Contribute to the design, development and production of marketing materials which may include brochures, press releases, audio visual materials and technical product/service displays.- Perform a wide range of administrative duties as directed which may include liaising with external service providers, organising forums and presentations, setting up meetings and booking venues for marketing events and campaigns.

**Requirements**:
- An experienced marketing generalist in a similar role and related tertiary qualifications.- You will be able to work autonomously and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously.
