As an Area Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, foster team excellence, and support the delivery of exceptional care across your region. Your leadership and personal approach will help maintain a collaborative team culture and ensure participants and their guardians receive the best possible care and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to meet client goals, care needs, and NDIS standards.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies.
- Act as a key contact for clients and families, resolving concerns effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff, promoting organizational values and high performance.
- Manage workforce capacity, recruitment, and retention.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Analyse and report on service performance, satisfaction, and incident trends.

**What You Bring**:

- 2-3 years of leadership experience within the disability services sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, SIL operational requirements, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to travel across three key locations as part of your role.
- Minimum Certificate IV in a related field.
- Passion, dedication, and a strong commitment to success.

Pay: $106,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
