We have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Manager (Specialising in Hard Services) **to join our key client account in Victoria.

**About the Role**:
The Facilities Manager will provide day-to-day technical support to the operations team, including the development, implementation and ongoing management of initiatives and actions.

Role is based in Melbourne CBD extremely close to public transport - within 200m of train, tram & bus stations.

Some occasional travel is required to distant office sites and properties in Werribee, Mooney Ponds, Croydon, Deepdene & Moorabbin etc.

Other client buildings within the portfolio are within 5 to 10 mins walk/tram ride from main building.

Flexible start hours between 8am to 9am.

**Responsibilities**:

- In close consultation with the Account Manager, direct and manage the Facilities Management technical service components for the asset maintenance at the Site to ensure optimum FM services.
- Accountable for Project delivery across all sites.
- Conduct Monthly Operational Site reviews with the client.
- Manage the client’s building's minimum regulatory compliance requirements for FM services, including identifying gaps in compliance.
- Deliver the asset maintenance management strategy for the FM services.

**Skills/Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities.
- Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Trade (Mechanical/Electrical) and Post Trade (Engineering Certificate/ Associate Diploma).
- Qualified or experienced in Facilities Management.
- Good IT skills in particular with excel and word.
- Experience with CMMS systems, Manhattan an advantage.
- Strong on PPMs skills - setting up and managing the ongoing schedules.
- Strong knowledge of ESMs and building code compliance to achieve annual compliances certificates.
- **Good understanding and experience with building hard services.**:

- Contractor performance and works quality review skills experience.
