About The Role

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following activities:

- Record and post all incoming payments and deposits accurately and promptly into our back-end system.
- Monitor the Transactions and Settlements team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back-office departments.
- Manage client ledger balances and creating client currency accounts.
- Formatting beneficiary information, setting up international money transfers.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other finance and accounting team members as needed.
- Please note that the internal job title for this role is Operations Associate - APAC*

About You
This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can competently work autonomously and manage your own workload. You could be someone more junior who is looking for growth, learning and mentorship, or someone who enjoys this space but just wants to work in a really great business You are computer literate with touch-typing skills and hold a high level of attention to detail. You pride yourself on your accuracy and great time management skills. Having previous work experience in payments or banking in an office setting is a plus.
