**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Building Services Technician to join our Marleston Facility, full-time on a day shift. This is a unique opportunity to work with the best talent in the industry, reporting to highly respected leaders in a business that empowers its people.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

**The Accountabilities**
- Carry out general basic and urgent roof and building repairs
- Carry out steam and boiler maintenance and service the plant room
- Conduct refrigeration and air inspections and cleaning
- Perform basic plumbing, floors and grounds repairs and any other responsibilities covered by building maintenance
- Assist with the management of external contractors
- Carry out machine inspections and conduct maintenance of water softeners

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Good communication skills and an eye for detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Certification in forklift, EWP and scissor lift is advantageous
- Ability to work overtime as and when required
