We are looking for a high-energy Key Account Manager - Concrete to develop Hanson’s relationship with customers in the central Adelaide ready mix concrete market.

You will be growing the business by identifying opportunities to sell the Hanson brand to prospective customers and provide exceptional service offerings within your territory.

Reporting to the SA State Sales Manager, this role offers an opportunity to not only be part of a high-performance Sales team, but also be provided the opportunity to learn and progress into positions across the business, including, Logistics, Operations, Communications and Technical.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Generate new business by ensuring the efficient follow up of all potential customer leads
- Maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers
- Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of account plans for existing and potential customers that achieve mutual business outcomes
- Complete structured call plans with prospects through face-to-face presentations and networking, ensuring effective communication of Hanson’s value proposition
- Achieve territory/account sales volume targets as well as new product volume targets
- Undertake daily administration tasks including customer invoice control and quotations
- Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Product knowledge, including awareness of attributes and performance is an asset
