**About the role**

As a Scheduler at Territory Trade Services Pty Ltd (TTS Built), you will play a vital role in coordinating and optimising the scheduling of residential maintenance services across the Adelaide region.

This full-time position, based in our head office in Marleston, is crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of our high-quality services to customers and supporting the overall operations of the business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Managing and updating the daily scheduling of residential maintenance jobs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks
- Liaising with customers, field technicians and internal teams to communicate job details, update schedules, and address any scheduling changes or issues
- Monitoring job progress and making adjustments to the schedule as required to meet customer expectations and business objectives
- Maintaining accurate records of job scheduling and completion, and providing reporting as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Supporting the broader administrative and office functions of the team as needed
- Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally within the residential services or trades industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, field technicians and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using scheduling and customer management software (experience with Simpro is a bonus but not essential), with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
