Penrith, Australia Evergreen Daily Supports Full time

We are offering an opportunity for the right Support Worker to work with our participants in the Penrith and Blacktown area. You must have disability experience, a genuine care and interest for people with disability. You will need to be reliable, willing to travel and have more then 15 hours availability per week.

Experience working with

**MUST have a car and license.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support with everyday living
- Support to access the community
- Build the capacity of our participant
- Track and document an individual’s progress through detailed note keeping

**Skills & Experience**
- Cert 3 in Individual care or equivalent
- First aid and CPR
- Experience working with people with disability
- A genuine care and interest in supporting people with disability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Current Australian Drivers Licence or ability to get to location

Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations are required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders. Evidance will be requested.
