We Care Disability Services are looking for support workers to join our team who are passionate about providing high-quality support for our participants in the Western Sydney suburbs.

What we are looking for:

- Motivated and Enthusiastic people who enjoy supporting people in their home to achieve their individual goals.
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual support OR Experience within the industry is highly regarded.
- Ability to provide support with domestic assistance, personal care, preparing and cooking meals and accessing the community.
- PEG and Hoist Trained highly regarded.
- Committed to providing exceptional quality care to our participants.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and possibly sleepover shifts.

**MUST BE RELIABLE**

Essential criteria:
Current NSW Driver's license

Full Comprehensive Car Insurance

Working with Children's Check

NDIS Worker Screen Check

Covid-19 Vaccination proof

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.95 per hour

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
