We are a family operated Childcare Company that operates three services in the Lower North Shore & Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, NSW. We are looking for an **experienced HR & Compliance Manager **to join our friendly team

**The Role**

As the Quality & HR Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the service provides compliant and high-quality education and care. This role includes all aspects of childcare operations, including bookings, payments and CCS, policy reviews, quality audits and ensuring the service operates according to current regulations. You must be a team player with previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide support to Centre teams when needed.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care are essential (Diploma minimum, ECT qualified is ideal).
- Understanding of the NSW Early Years Learning & Development Framework.
- Administration experience and previous Assessment & Rating experience in Childcare.
- Understanding of Childcare Subsidy and family accounts.
- Knowledge of Qikkids, OWNA and PRODA is highly desirable.
- Community sector experience is mandatory
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to time manage, multi-task, prioritise, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
- Outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Employment Requirements**
- Valid Working with Children’s Check.
- Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificate or willing to complete.
- Employment conditional upon a satisfactory Policy Check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lane Cove, NSW 2066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
