**The role**:
Reporting to the Business Analyst and Systems Manager, the purpose of this role is to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues, install and support the systems, and assist with the day-to-day operations of CWG's business initiatives, projects and IT infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to progress into a Systems Administrator, in a part-time capacity with the option to work full-time.

**Day to day will include**:

- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Engaging with third party vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Keeping track of equipment/asset management
- Responding to any escalated technology related issues from the network customer service team

***Experience & About You**:

- This is a stand-alone position and would ideally be suited to someone with 3-5 years of level 2 support experience looking to gain systems administration experience.
- Experience working with IT systems including but not limited to Zendesk, Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable
- A natural customer service aptitude
- Interest in Cyber Security
- A self-starting, driven attitude to support continuous system and process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced corporate environment and be able to learn quickly
- A strong passion for technology
- An interest in health and/or wellness is advantageous
- You must be an Australian Citizen
