Client Services Assistant, Link Advice

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**

Strategic Focus
- To help more Australians to understand their superannuation through simple financial advice

Operational Management
- To help more Australians to understand their superannuation through simple financial advice by;
- Assisting the team of Advisers in gathering the client’s circumstances, goals and objectives in an online fact find, understanding their needs.
- Submitting client notes on financial planning software and paraplanning request
- Assist in the provision of basic financial advice plans
- Conduct outbound campaign calls as required and support opportunities for Advice outcomes
- Provide basic structured General Advice in support of the Advice Teams

Management of ideas database for R&SS People Leadership
- Support the management of client escalations
- Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct including adherence to the highest levels of privacy and client confidentiality.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Back office experience and a strong service culture is required
- University Graduates looking to enter the financial planning industry
- Knowledge of XPLAN or a similar financial advice-based client data system would be preferable, but not essential.
- Ability to operate within and contribute to an agile team environment with a willingness to take accountability to deadlines
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients in a professional, positive and respectful manner with best practice mindset.
- Have a passion for helping people and supporting the value advice can provide to people
- Present with attention to detail, analytical skills and punctuality
- Work in a structured work environment and adaptive to change, flexible whilst able to manage multiple competing business priorities
- Completed or on your way to completing your Degree or RG146 compliance
