Located conveniently on the corner of the Forrest Highway and Taranto Road, Miami Bakehouse is more than just a café; it's a destination cherished by locals and travellers alike. We're seeking a dedicated Duty Manager/Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our bustling café.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist the Café Manager in day-to-day operations, from opening to closing, ensuring seamless service.
- Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee staff training to uphold our high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage stock efficiently, using our well established ordering and stock processes.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained, providing a welcoming environment for all.

**Who You Are**:

- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and approachable attitude.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of our operation.
- Previous experience in hospitality or café settings is desirable.
