The Miami Bakehouse Group is a leading food manufacturer operating across 7 sites. Operating under the current ownership for over 20 years, our central baking facility supplies our six retail businesses across WA’s southwest. We offer a huge selection of gourmet handmade pies, breads and cakes to our wonderful customers using the best quality ingredients from local suppliers in WA.

Located on the corner of Taranto Road and the Forrest Highway, Miami Bakehouse Myalup is open 7 days a week and is a must-stop for travellers along this route.

**The role**

This is an extremely high-volume location; you will need to be comfortable working at a fast pace and managing multiple demands at once. As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for all venue operations with the support of the Store Manager. Responsibilities vary from maximising sales to cleaning the alfresco and everything in between. You will lead the team from the front, modelling behaviour and expectations to deliver consistently high customer service standards for every customer, every time. In addition, you will coach and develop the skills of your team and promote a positive and productive workplace.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- An energetic, motivating and encouraging leader
- A passion for customer service, sales and coaching
- Previous experience achieving KPI’s targets - sales and wages
- A calm disposition to manage operations at a fast pace
