Miami’s Myalup Café is located on the corner of the Forrest Highway and Taranto Road in Myalup, open 7 days a week and is a favourite stop for travellers in the region. The right person for this role will have:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Great organisational ability, skilled at meeting deadlines and keeping daily operations on track
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and wage budgets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a talent for motivating a team for excellent sales and performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm manner

**More about this Role**

This is a hands-on role and as the Store Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the venue.

This includes coaching and developing your team for excellence in sales and productivity, to meet sales targets and wages budgets. Some of the other key responsibilities include:

- Exceptional sales and customer service
- Team coaching and daily goal setting
- Rostering of the team on a well-planned fortnightly schedule
- Routine weekly reporting alongside Miami’s other location Managers
- Stock control and ordering
