**Location**:
Miami Bakehouse Myalup is a fabulous destination on the corner of the Forrest Highway and Taranto Road, open 7 days a week and is a favourite stop for travellers in the region.

**Hours**:
38 hours per week including weekends and public holidays.

**Responsibilities**:
In this pivitol role you’ll lead a passionate team, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Team leadership - coordinate, coach and train a dynamic team in a positive working environment.
- Rostering - Assist the manager in all aspects of rostering and ensuring team members availability is up to date.
- Operational duties - assist with all aspects of cafe operations such as driving sales, allocating jobs, opening/closing the store, weekly ordering/stocktaking and merchandising.
- Customer engagement - maintain a welcoming and engaging store presentation for customers. Address customer enquiries and handle complaints in a considerate and timely manner.
- Quality Standards - Deliver consistently high-quality coffee, customer service and standards of cleanliness.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous supervisory/management experience is desirable
- A passion for customer service, sales and coaching
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Capability achieving KPI's and sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with a calm disposition
