Reporting to the Director of Procurement and Contracts, you will lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the contractor and consultant management frameworks and associated guidelines and processes. Your role will include assisting with the development and review of contract documentation through the tender process, and providing expert feedback as required. Working closely with Project Directors, you will monitor, recommend improvements, and manage performance matters including resolving disputes and performance issues using a wide variety of financial and performance related information. You will be required to lead multi-discipline negotiation teams in complex negotiations, consulting and engaging with legal, financial, and other parties as required. You will be able to manage complex issues, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with strong experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business changes.
