We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to provide expert quantity surveying services for road and bridge projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for reviewing cost estimates prepared by others, providing specialist measurement and cost advice to project managers and stakeholders, and managing estimating and claim records and documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide quantity surveying services in relation to road and bridge projects, including cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration.
- Review cost estimates for road and bridge projects prepared by others, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide specialist measurement and cost advice to project managers and other stakeholders, helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide specialist advice to managers on assessment, negotiation, and resolution of claims, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
- Manage estimating and claim records and documentation, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and accessible to relevant parties.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or other related discipline
