**About the Role**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment support.
- Support compliance and onboarding requirements to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
**Essential Criteria**
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (agency or internal)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and attention to detail in administration and documentation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a fast-paced team
