We have an opportunity for a **Development Manage**r to join our Apartments Team located at Barangaroo, Sydney.

As Development Manager your focus will be on the residential component of a large scale mixed use project opportunity located on Sydney’s waterfront. This opportunity is currently at the master plan phase of redevelopment with this role having oversight of the residential components of the master plan and input into the planning process where required.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager you will be required to work collaboratively with the various teams that form the broader project with an uncompromising approach to quality. You will require advanced stakeholder management skills that influence customer focused and financial outcomes. You will require excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Culture is critical to the success of the project and you will need to bring enthusiasm, work ethic and above all, a collaborative approach. You will be experienced in all facets of built-form development, notably in the master plan and planning phases of a project. You will possess strong financial management & general business reporting skills. Experience in the construction, sales and marketing phases of a project will be well received.

You will require a tertiary qualification in a property related field
- Property Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Project /construction Management matched with the ability to critically analysis and understand project financials. A minimum of 5 years residential development experience. You’ll demonstrate passion and understanding of the changing urban environment and the important role the public domain and retail have in establishing an extraordinary place outcome.
