Engadine Office | Family-Owned Hearing Centre | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

About the Role:
As the first face and voice of our clinic, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and calm experience for our clients—many of whom are older and may be feeling vulnerable or anxious. Your warmth and empathy will help them feel heard and cared for, from the moment they step through the door or call us on the phone.

Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming clients with a friendly and reassuring manner

Managing appointments and client scheduling

Assisting with general admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly

Supporting our clinicians and contributing to a positive team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
