Stone Sutherland Shire has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join the Sales Team in our Engadine office. Working alongside one of our Senior Sales Agents, you will have the opportunity to learn from an industry expert, hone your sales skills, and contribute to the success of the team, all whilst supported by the #1 Agency in the 2233 region.

**SKILLS**

**The role**:

- End to end campaign management
- Assisting with property enquiries and buyer management
- Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
- Prospecting activities to generate leads including door knocking and cold calling
- Sales administration, data entry and contact management
- Organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
- Negotiation, managing offers and liaise with purchasers, vendors and solicitors
- Manage marketing campaigns and social media

**Skills and experience**:

- Will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
- Previous experience in real estate is desired
- Hold a current NSW Driver’s license and own a reliable car
- Be immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
