BMF is looking for a passionate and talented Photographic Producer to join our world-class creative studios

BMF Studios has been borne out of a collaboration between ALDI and BMF. By way of weekly and campaign-based work, BMF Studios aims to offer a streamlined production workflow and a best in class output. It should also generate considerable revenue to be commercially viable and support itself, with a view to growth.

The Photographic Producer will be responsible for producing the photography needs of weekly and campaign-based work for ALDI and any other photography briefs as required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and ambitious self-starter to make the role their own. We're looking for someone who can push the photographic capability within the agency and work closely with internal departments and clients to deliver brilliant work.

**What you'll do**:

- Project manage and coordinate all timings, stock, shoot dates, talent, locations, photographers, equipment and costs
- Ensure check in stages of project to appropriately monitor progress
- Manage timelines and budgets
- Coordinate all requirements for the weekly production of catalogue and campaign work
- Location and talent casting, hire of stylists, and associated extras - stylists, nurses, permits as required by law and as needed for shoots
- Sourcing props, helping with set up, styling, managing stock and inventory and equipment allocation
- Using best practice methods, timely and efficient management of shoots - food, talent, stylist, equipment, locations
- Written confirmation of in and out of scope shots and retouching, updated daily
- Assistance where needed in the studio, and with set maintenance

**Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge and experience in the photographic industry
- Strong understanding and experience of production procedures
- Knowledge of the photographic industry including camera and lighting
- Excellent negotiation skills & exceptional project management skills
- Image awareness - in regards to canvas sizes, resolution, basic sizing
- Knowledge of retouching process
- Awareness of retouching times and basic colour management
- Ability to build and maintain excellent rapport and ongoing relationships with suppliers, colleagues and peers alike.
- A respect for the end product and an art director's vision
