Right now, Enigma are on the lookout for a gun Agency Producer. Ideally with 5+ years’ experience to join our team. This is your chance to work on a huge range of projects from fast turn-around TikTok videos through to award-winning campaigns that get the whole country talking.

Working with our Executive Producer, you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and make the magic happen by liaising with external suppliers and managing production budgets and resourcing plans for our internal production team of content creators, photographers and editors.

**On any given day, your role will include**:

- Managing projects across our three busy agency locations (Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane) juggling TV, radio, video/content and photography jobs.
- Finding creative solutions to bring ideas to life
- Sourcing the partners, companies and suppliers to work on the project, such as directors, casting agents, actors, locations, animators etc
- Creating budgets, estimates and schedules for projects
- Build collaborative relationships with creative and business management teams
- Managing resourcing plans for the internal production team

We should note, there’ll be a fair bit of driving and travel with your role so you’ll need a current drivers licence to be eligible - and be flexible to travel domestically for production shoots and meetings.
