We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Manager, Disruption Management, Resilience & Asset Management reporting to Executive Manager, Disruption Management, Resilience & Asset Management

A bit about your role

The role Manager, Disruption Management, Resilience & Asset Management supports the Disruption Management function within nbn’s Resilience and Asset Management team, focusing on enhancing the organisation’s crisis & emergency response capabilities. It involves designing and delivering training, testing, exercises, and debriefs to prepare leadership and business units for major disruptions, while also coordinating real-time crisis & emergency responses.

The role contributes to continuous improvement of the Disruption Management programs, provides strategic advisory support, and ensures alignment with national legislation and internal assurance frameworks. The role includes on-call responsibilities to support crisis & emergency response efforts.
