**About the Opportunity**
The Commercial Analyst, Teleradiology position plays a key advisory role to support growth and operational effectiveness of the Qscan Group within its Teleradiology function. This role involves developing indepth knowledge of key business drivers relating to radiologist workforce planning, productivity, and associated remuneration; and the assessment of teleradiology growth opportunities.

You will:

- Build and maintain a doctor workforce planning model, to inform the business of forward reporting demand vs capacity.
- Provide insight on upcoming changes in doctor workforce and recommendations in recruitment needs.
- Develop reports to support all levels of the Qscan Group in understanding doctor productivity and workforce capacity
- Act as the main point of contact for doctors in relation to payment of invoices and addressing any queries regarding doctor remuneration calculations and associated distributions
- Work closely with the financial team and data team to lead the development and embed the future doctor remuneration
model
- Develop and communicate actionable insights as to work allocation across a large cohort of doctors to optimise radiologist worklist management and associated doctor cost
- Support the teleradiology team to identify growth opportunities
