Let's talk about you

As Commercial Analyst you will play a key role in managing contracts, obligations and supplier reconciliation for our Network Projects Team. You will possess:
- Experience with managing multiple projects at once within a highly fluid environment.- Knowledge of managing commercial terms and contract management.- Experience with negotiating with suppliers and hardware vendors.- Invoice analysis fundamentals and reconciliation tracking.- Proficiency with financial analysis, tracking and reporting.- A passion for accuracy and record-keeping capability.- A solid understanding of the telco and IT industries- Understanding of contract management and supplier reconciliation

How will you support our "Why"?

As a Commercial Analyst, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes;- Working closely with the GM and the team leads to own and manage the commercial database of all procured services within the core network domain. Ensuring all commercial details are accurately recorded.- Working with the Network team leads during times of negotiations to ensure all data is tracked and recorded.- Holding Suppliers and Vendors accountable to invoicing accuracy. Ensuring all changes are reflected on invoices and working with the finance team to ensure all changes are documented and approved.- Work closely with project teams to ensure correct synergy management across acquisitions and ensuring correct timing and centralisation of supplier management.- Reporting centralised opex changes and tracking in accordance with overall budgets.- Working closely with the finance team for procurement and receipting of items.- Commercial modelling some of the larger variable commercial items.
