Perigon Group is partnering with a fast-growing FMCG organisation that is investing in its commercial and reporting capability. As part of this growth, a new Commercial Analyst role has been created to design reporting frameworks, deliver insights, and partner closely with finance and sales leaders to drive performance.

The Role

  • Develop reporting and analysis tools that track performance and highlight key trends
  • Build dashboards and insights that bring clarity to sales and operational results
  • Partner with sales teams to analyse pipeline, customer behaviour, and product performance
  • Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with meaningful data and insights
  • Take ownership of key data sources, including a large CRM system, ensuring consistency and reliability across reporting
  • Contribute to process improvement by streamlining and automating reporting
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to senior management, helping guide strategic decisions

About You

  • Bacehlor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related.
  • 4+ years' experience in commercial analysis or sales reporting.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, BI tools, and data visualisation.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate numbers into insights and actions.
  • Strong communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a business that is growing and evolving.
