**What you’ll be doing**:
The objective of the Commercial Performance Analyst role is to provide insightful, proactive, accurate and timely analysis of revenue performance, to identify drivers of commercial/revenue performance, track progress of key initiatives and identify opportunities to uplift revenue across the direct and indirect channels as required.

Further responsibilities:

- Proactively interrogate and analyse data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, and understand drivers of commercial performance using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other analytical tools
- Transform analytical output into actionable insights and a narrative that will improve decision making and consequently drive business performance
- Promote a data led culture through the use of data and analytical decision making across the Commercial Division
- Actively participate and contribute to Commercial Performance and Insights team of analyst through best practice sharing
- Support in allocated projects and drive to outcomes
- Undertake relevant research and analysis of information/data from internal and external sources to develop recommendations for stakeholder endorsement, including supporting sizing of opportunities for business cases
- Continual delivery of strong recommendations with options considered and supported by a high degree of research and analysis
- Work closely with Group Reporting team to establish and produce routine reporting that addresses performance and key risks areas and provide clearly articulated insights and actions to be taken to address findings

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree qualification in relevant field
- Management Consulting, Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst or Strategy Analyst experience
- Experience interrogating and analysing large bodies of data to generate actionable insights
- Experience in translating business questions into analysis to prove/disprove hypothesis
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills (you must be able to create complex data models etc.)
- Ability to use data insights to generate easily interpreted, impactful Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships
