Our warehouse team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless handling, picking, and delivery of products to our customers.

We are seeking a **Warehouse All-Rounder** with a strong focus on **picking and packing** to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the daily workflow and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking and Packing**:

- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Consolidate orders on the same pallet to streamline the loading process.
- **Inbound and Outbound Operations**:

- Assist with unloading, receiving, and quality checking inbound shipments.
- Prepare and load vans and trucks for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to time schedules.
- **Stock Management**:

- Organise and maintain warehouse stock locations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in picking.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
- **General Warehouse Duties**:

- Support housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in other areas, such as stocktakes, processing returns, and supporting inventory management in Microsoft NAV.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to support daily operations and meet tight deadlines.
- Follow instructions and standard operating procedures to align with company policies and quality standards.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on order picking and packing.
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled goods (chilled, frozen, and ambient) is highly desirable.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (experience with Microsoft NAV is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Capable of manual handling and lifting of goods (within safety guidelines).
- Able to work in cold storage environments when required.
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and procedures.
- **Licences and Certifications**:

- Current Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential).
- Valid Driver’s Licence (required).

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
