**The Role**
Do you want to shape how Defence enacts Government policy to equip and enable its Defence Force? IPMB plays a crucial role in ensure the ADF has the capability it needs and is seeking to fill a number of Capability Analyst roles at the EL1 and APS6 level. The work is challenging but highly rewarding and you would be working across the Department, with Ministers and Central Agencies.

**About our Team**
Investment Portfolio Management Branch (IPMB) supports the highest-level decision makers in Defence and Government to deliver the outcomes required by the ADF. We directly provide decision support to the Vice Chief of the Defence Force in his role as Chair of the Investment Committee by providing independent analysis and advice on the investment portfolio. IPMB is a small, yet influential team trusted to advise Defence on investment matters. IPMB will provide you the opportunity to lead and work within a dynamic and flexible environment as part of an inclusive, diverse, innovative and well-respected team.
