About the RACGP
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. For more than 60 years, we’ve supported the backbone of Australia’s health system by setting the standards for education and practice and advocating for better health and wellbeing for all Australians.
We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other pathways. We support GPs’ ongoing professional development and provide a point of connection for GPs serving communities in every corner of the country.
About the role
Reporting to both the Chief Advocacy Officer and the Chief Marketing, Commercial & Communications Officer, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretariat support to the executives and a number of Board and sub-committees.

**To thrive in this role, you’ll demonstrate**:
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting minutes, reports and correspondence.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and credibility across senior executives, committees and external partners.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Visio desirable).
A collaborative, collegiate approach to working with peers and colleagues.
Experience providing support to executives working in high pressure public affairs and crisis management roles
The benefits
**Maximise your pay**: Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free, plus additional options for meals, entertainment and novated leases

**Career development**: A Capability Framework to guide your progression and a professional development program to build your skills.
**Join a leader**: Be part of Australia’s largest specialist medical college.
