**Wilson Security is looking for dedicated and customer service focused Concierge Officers in Brisbane CBD.**

You must be an excellent communicator with a positive and friendly attitude, who is willing to go above and beyond.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Corporate concierge duties which include, providing 5 star customer service to all guests and clients
- Meeting and greeting high end clients
- Providing general assistance where needed throughout the business
- Assisting with other operational outlets during peak service times
- General reception duties
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of services, policies and emergency procedures
- Support of daily Front Office Operations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle/Reliable Transport
- Experience in a similar role (within the hospitality/customer service field)
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to details
- Professional personal presentation* extremely important
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior Customer service skills
- Have an eye for detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
