Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS" **Job Description**: Our Concierge Department is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinate the smooth guest arrival and departure experience as well as providing friendly and knowledgeable service to all hotel visitors. Reporting to the Front Office Manager with regular access to the Hotel Manager, the Chief Concierge will lead a team of passionate Concierge’s to ensure all guests are provided with a personalised and memorable experience. **Key Responsibilities will include**: - Overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge Department - Leading and developing a passionate guest focused team - Providing exceptional customer service in all guest interactions - Providing recommendations and directions to hotel Guests and visitors - Driving and parking cars as required **Qualifications**: - An obsession with providing excellent guest service - An in-depth and current knowledge of Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas - Experienced hiring, training, leading and managing a passionate team - Exceptional communication skills with exceptional attention to detail - High standard of personal presentation - Experience as a Concierge or a similar position - The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
