**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and leadership, focused on optimising the Senior Executive team’s time. In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and efficient task management.

**What your day looks like**:

- Manage senior executive diaries and arrange travel, accommodation, and events on and offsite.
- Prepare complex documents and enhance administrative procedures to align with organisational needs.
- Handle internal and external enquiries, providing instructions and obtaining information.
- Support expense reporting, budget management, and vendor payments, including credit card statements.
- Provide proactive support as a team player, ensuring smooth operations and visitor interactions.

**The Ingredients for Success**:

- Extensive experience in providing high-level executive assistance to senior executives and proficiency with advanced MS Office tools.
- Strong accountability, taking ownership of tasks and challenges, and consistently delivering on commitments.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to convey clear, concise, and professional information tailored to diverse audiences.
- The ability to manage complexity, solve problems effectively, and make sound decisions that drive the organisation forward.
- A proactive approach to planning, aligning work with organisational goals, optimising processes, and building rapport with colleagues and service providers.
