**About the Company**

Gain valuable experience working as a Project Coordinator for a large NSW Government organisation on a 5 month contract in Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements.

**About the Role**
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver key research projects
- Participate in tender analysis and submissions evaluation and support the preparation of Tender Evaluation Reports and recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement process with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide inputs into organisation reporting mechanisms and participate in the team’s operating rhythm.
- Prepare and provide input into project reports, submissions, and briefing notes on a range of operational issues and in accordance with government protocols.

**About You**
- strong project management experience and able to demonstrate an understanding of, and experience in implementing education programs able to lead and participate in projects involved in the design, development and review of courses delivered in classroom and online environments
- strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to write fluently in plain English and in a range of styles and formats
- excellent stakeholder engagement skill and an ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
