Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Salesforce technical lead to join our thriving team. **Job Summary**:
The Lead Salesforce role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

**In your first few weeks in this Lead Salesforce role, you can expect to**:

- Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents.
- Lead technical design sessions and writing technical design documents.
- Manage the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
- Manage technical scope and client expectation.
- Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute in delivery of the same.
- Delivered integration projects using Informatica, Cast Iron, Boomi, Scribe, Pervasive, or similar.
- 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Hands-on and able to code in APEX, Visualforce.
- Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate.
- 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
