As Community Coordinator, ResLife Leadership, you will create a vibrant, supportive residential environment that promotes academic, social, and personal development. This role focuses on empowering student leaders and building a thriving, restorative community.
In this role you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Student Living Leadership Framework to support life-ready graduates.
- Manage and mentor over 60 Residential Mentors and oversee volunteer-led residential associations.
- Design and deliver leadership education and training programs tailored to young leaders.
- Drive continuous service improvement by reviewing and optimising processes and systems.
- This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus on Awabakal land._
**How will you inspire us?**:
You will have:
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring young leaders, with strong skills in coaching, clear communication, and setting expectations.
- Expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and working within policies and legislation.
- Familiarity with restorative practices and a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive community.

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $99,655 to $112,112 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
